CCIP Bid a Success

The Situation

A very specialized subcontractor was approached by a nationally recognized general contractor to bid on a large Contractor Controlled Insurance Project (CCIP) in California. In order to determine the feasibility and appropriate bid pricing of the project, a thorough analysis of the 400-page CCIP contract would be needed. Unfortunately, our client's small internal legal department was not equipped for such a task, thus making the client unsure of their ability to place a bid.
