Multi-Year Policy Term Provides Better Coverage Benefits

The Situation

Our client, a large subcontracting operation, had specific requirements for pollution coverage in relation to a project that would occur two years from the date of signing. The insured, however, had concerns about paying insurance premiums for a number of years without the benefit of coverage.

INSURICA worked with several insurance carriers to offer a multi-year policy term at the required limits with policy terms, conditions and premiums guaranteed upfront. This allowed the insured to pay only a part of the premium at inception of the policy and to pay the additional premium as the work began. INSURICA worked in the best interest of the insured, on both a cash flow and coverage basis.
