Founded in 1959 by CW Cameron and guided by their first employee, Gene McCrory, the company was known as North American Insurance until 2009. In celebration of the firm's fiftieth anniversary and looking towards future growth, North American changed its name to INSURICA Insurance Management Network.

INSURICA is composed of independent insurance agencies that specialize in core industries and disciplines. Through this network, the expertise of one is shared with all.
