Robert C. Bates began with just one employee in Tulsa in 1977 and has since grown to over fifty employees. Bates joined the INSURICA Insurance Management Network in 2000.

We pride ourselves on having extraordinary experience nationally and internationally, with our producers averaging 25 years or more of experience in the property and casualty business. We are one of the few independent agencies to deal directly with Lloyds of London. We represent our clients' needs wherever they may be, including: Western Europe, Turkey, Russia, Mexico, Morocco, Korea, South Africa, India and Canada.
Many of our producers have been involved with large brokerage houses and are experts in large or complicated insurance risks. As a lean organization, we have the resources of a large brokerage at our disposal without the need to pass on overhead to our clients and prospects. That is why we boast an above-average tenure with our clients, who rely on us for their personal insurance needs as well. Our clients range from privately held companies to Fortune 500 organizations.
